The location, it's residential with a good range of local bars, supermarkets and local amenities, close to the Metro.
Nice apartment with good facilities.
There was no/very little sound proofing in the apartment. This is one of 4 apartments let by the same company. You can hear all sounds from the neighbouring apartments! On the weekend we arrive there was a group who were extremely noisy and inside and standing outside on the street so lots of doors banging and constant noise, this continued all night so sleep was impossible. The outside door opens into the lounge area of the apartment, when people are outside, they are silhouetted on the front door (opaque glass) so it feels like a lack of privacy and you can hear all conversations.

The layout, interior and the overall experience was great! I had everything I needed.
The noise of the street and the loud neighbors where audible like the apartment didn’t have any walls!
