Het was erg ruim en schoon. Ook waren er genoeg faciliteiten om in het appartement te kunnen eten of een avondje te spenderen. Daarnaast was het modern ingericht. Zeker voor langere tijd (meer dan een weekend) is het aan te raden hier te blijven.

Het is niet zo centraal en redelijk ver van de metro. Maar dat weet je natuurlijk van tevoren! Daarnaast was het best rumoerig en kon je het geluid (gepraat en doortrekken WC) van buren goed horen.

El apartamento es cómodo, estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin preocupaciones. Cerca hay un súper abierto las 24 horas, también cafés y bares donde se come muy bien. La comunicación con el propietario fue fluida y amable. Para llegar al centro hay que coger metro, bus o taxi pero tampoco está tan lejos y se llega con mucha facilidad. El taxi sale muy económico incluso para volver de noche.

Por poner una pega podría decir que el sistema de entrada me falló al primer intento pero tener una comunicación tan fluida con el propietario se solucionó de inmediato.

Close to metro line (less than 10 minutes); supermarket and grocery store within 3 minutes walking time; 2 closets and well equipped kitchen. Pretty good idea, that there was a little package of dish washing set to make sure, that nobody used the sponge before you.

The entrance door barely has any insulation, both thermal and noise. The walls are paper thin, literally the neighbors snoring, TV set and even phone can be heard. The flat is most likely right next to the main drain pipe of the complete house: each time somebody flushes, the whole upper level (where the beds are) rumbles like a thunderstorm. Only single electrical socket at each side of the bed, which is enough only for the bedside table's lamps.

The property was unfortunately not comfortable for our stay. It didn’t seem to have been cleaned for a while, and the location is not well connected—there is only one bus line available. Inside, it was very cold, and no one took care to warm up the place in advance, even though temperatures were low. The insulation was very poor, so we could hear the neighbors and all their movements throughout the night. The main door opens directly onto the street, where people walk by all night, making it very loud. Because of all this noise, we weren’t able to sleep well at all. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this property, as it is not worth the money at all.
