Остались очень довольны отдыхом в этом отеле! Всё было замечательно: в отеле чисто и уютно, номера хорошие, комфортные и ухоженные. Отдельно хочется отметить отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал — всегда готовы помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. В целом всё было на очень хорошем уровне, нам всё понравилось. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!
Но, к сожалению, завтраки — это то, что заметно отстаёт от общего уровня отеля. При достаточно хорошем выборе продуктов блюда почему-то приготовлены совсем невкусно. Даже обычный омлет часто получается безвкусным, а горячие блюда нередко бывают холодными или, наоборот, пригоревшими. И это повторяется из раза в раз, хотя мы посещаем этот отель уже не впервые. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы руководство обратило внимание именно на работу кухни и качество приготовления завтраков. У отеля действительно хороший потенциал, и было бы здорово, если бы завтраки соответствовали его общему уровню. Надеемся, что этот момент удастся улучшить.
