Photos do not match with the view

The apartment is large enough for a couple. It has a small kitchen, wardrobe, couch and a large balcony.

I got pretty disappointed with the balcony view. There is a construction going on just in front of the apartment so it is covering the view completely. The host must update the current pictures as they do not match the view. Also, the apartment is located in a very very narrow street which can be very hard to park and to use the car basically as it is also hard to leave the street after you parked

Modern amenities with working AC a 15 min stroll to the centre of Hvar town.

I loved how modern and up to date the facilities are. The primary bedroom bathroom is stunning and the water pressure is great. Kitchen is modern and all new appliances. I used the washer and it was very easy. Everything is new and fresh. The bed was comfortable. I only used one of the two bedrooms. The AC worked very well. The walk to town was about 20 min. There are two paths. One over the hill or around the small inlet. Both take about 15 to 20 min. There's also a small grocery store not even 5 min walk from the apartment.

I wouldn't fault the property but there is construction going on right outside the property. It doesn't obstruct the view but it is something to consider. They are building a new hotel across the street. When talking with the owner's grandmother they assured them that the view wouldn't be obstructed in the future. The issue is the crane gets in the way of photos. There was no issue with sound, to be clear, it's just the view might have a crane in it. Again, not an issue with the property or the owners.

We were not aware of the building in front of the property and the large crane that spoilt the view a bit. Fortunately no builders on site during our visit perhaps due to summer holidays.

Clean and comfortable

The accommodation was clean, and the walk to the main square of Hvar was about a 15-20 minute walk by the sea ( there is another route, but this involves quite a few steps).. The kitchen was quite well equipped with an oven as well as a 2 ring hob and a large fridge freezer. The air conditioning was very effective.

I was a little disappointed by the view from the balcony as there was a building site that was visible from the balcony, (although there was not any noise or dust from this as the building site was closed). The shower would run cold sometimes when using it. Also, the people in the apartment above would decide to move furniture around at 1am( which is not the owners fault).

We didn't stay!

The apartment was fine.

We unpacked our bags and relaxed until we went out onto the balcony. The supposedly fantastic view was only an ugly building site with a large crane. We had deliberately chosen an apartment outside the town, in a quiet location and lovely views of the waterfront. It was so disappointing. However, what has been more disappointing is that, despite the apartment owner telling us we could leave if we wanted to find somewhere else, we have still failed to receive a refund three months later.

Superb

The location of this apartment was brilliant. A short walk into the centre of Hvar but what we really loved was how close we were to some incredible beaches. Literally less than a few minutes walk and you were at them. An added bonus that there was a small supermarket a few minutes walk away as well. The host Nikol was brilliant and went above and beyond to facilitate our stay and was more than helpful. The views overlooking the neighbouring islands and the sea was beautiful. A lovely place to stay and enjoy Hvar.

Best view ever and a lovely apartment

Beautiful location, a bit out of the hustle and party life of midtown but still within an easy walking distance. The view…. I would have paid for a much less pleasant apartment only to have this view! We got an apartment on the top floor and the view was breathtaking. Comfortable bed and pillow, bathroom and shower fine, AC worked very well. Didn’t really use the kitchen except for the fridge which was fine. Went to the beach right below every day (close to Hula Hula beach club) and for lunch at Falko (highly recommend). Perfect stay and wonderful hosts.

Nothing! However not advisable for folks that have a hard time with stairs or uphill walking. Around 60 steps up to the apartment. While the walk down to the beach and to downtown is a breeze, it inevitably follows that you’ll have to climb back up afterwards. The reward is an amazing view!

Good place to kick back for a few days on a lovely Adriatic island

Excellent location for us, although a very expensive taxi ride to get there. Close to a small grocery store. Nice and quiet during the night.

We had some issues connecting to the wifi. We turned off the hot water by mistake. I recommend that the host should label the switches.

Nice and comfortable

Very comfortable, nice balcony with seaside view, beaches + supermarket super close and stunning seaside walk to the center! We didn’t get to meet the owner but she sounded kind and her grandmother was very sweet :)

Grest location, good price

Apartment is beautiful, in the best part od town, kitchen has everything and more you need to prepare wonderful meals with ingredients from local market. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Host was very kind, super quick and there if we needed her and practically invincible we did not need her.

Beds were a little firm but I guess that is very subjective. 😁

We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was really nice and a real highlight of our stay. There is also a beach nearby which was really convenient.

The walk is not bad, maybe 10-15 minutes, but was a bit further from town than I was expecting.

Lovely Apartment with Sea View

This flat was a 15-20 minute walk away from Hvar town centre and located near a small supermarket and some great beaches. The balcony was large enough for us to eat breakfast there and we could see the sea around the corner which was a bonus! The bedroom was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Only extra thing I would have liked would have been a bin for general waste as both seemed to be recycling only (although you could recycle most things). There are steps leading up to the entrance which were fine for us but wouldn’t recommend staying there if you’re not up for a bit of a walk.

Perfect location and great apartment

The apartment had a nice sea view with private balcony and was at a perfect location. Just mins to the beach, falco and hula hula bar. Also at walking distance to the old town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. And most important, is was very clean. The host was also really nice. Kept great contact at check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem

The views are perfect, the photos really do not do it justice. Everything about the apartment was brilliant (including location)! Nikol was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
