La casa era veramente spaziose con tutte le comodità. Oltre alla cucina c'è un salotto separato ed il bagno è veramente spazioso Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla porta San Francesco. Ottima anche l'accoglienza.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die deutsche Eigentümerin bietet hier deutlich mehr als italienische Vergleichsangebote. Von von Empfangspaket mit Nudeln, Ragout und Rotwein zu Gewürzen inkl hausgemachtem Olivenöl bis zum Regenschirm und den liebevoll gepflegten Orchideen. Nicht zu vergessen die schöne große Dusche mit ausreichend Handtüchern. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig über die Promenade erreichbar, wo man abends mitten im Leben steht. Parkplätze gibt es am Haus für kleinere Autos. Es stehen aber rund herum auch ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Mehrere Restaurants in Laufreichweite
Eine Waschmaschine würde die vorzügliche Ausstattung komplett machen.

Appartamento molto ampio, comodo, bagno super in posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro di Penne. La casa è nuova, manca qualche dettaglio che la proprietaria sta completando. Sicuramente torneremo 😊
