fabulous place

It is easy to find the place with the instructions given by yuca. The place is convenient with free parking when driving a car. The environment around is quiet and the facilities are good, we had a good stay as at home. Especially I like the decorations and the flowers here, it is very beautiful. Also the wifi is high speed. Additionally, it's about 10-15 mins walk to the sea, we had a comfortable walk in the morning and at sunset, also the scenery is splendid.

Human kindness

Gerard, the host was very kind and drove me the first night to see Antibe from the church on the hill and recommended me a restaurant! He even let me do laundry, since he knows a need to work in Cannes festival and continue to act in a movie in Macedonia. Very personal host, helpful and kind. He also was thinking with me and for me to find a solution when no Uber/Bolt taxi's were available, while he was busy himself cleaning the house for the next clients! This is human kindness beyond a business mindset.

D'abord l'emplacement est idéal tout est a proximité surtout la plage et les sites a visiter au alentours Le propriétaire toujours avenant et au petit soin. Suggère de très bons plans...et cela nous a rendu notre séjour super agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Gerard è una persona eccezionale con un cuore immenso, siamo stati accolti in casa sua mentre ci stava preparando delle crêpes,ci ha fatto sentire sin da subito come se fossimo a casa nostra. Durante il periodo trascorso lì , per qualsiasi problema o consiglio lui è stato super disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci. Il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile, sicuramente se state cercando un posto tranquillo e confortevole è proprio ciò che fa al caso vostro. Grazie Gerard ci hai fatto sentire a casa.

Se vuoi sentirti davvero a casa, questo è il posto perfetto! Gerard ti accoglie con un sorriso sincero e sa come farti sentire in famiglia. È sempre disponibile, ti intrattiene costantemente ma con simpatia e ti dà ottimi consigli su dove mangiare bene senza spendere troppo. La casa è in una posizione ideale, a soli 10/15 minuti da Antibes e 15/20 minuti da Cannes, con un parcheggio comodissimo proprio davanti. Gerard è una persona speciale, di una bontà e gentilezza rare: grazie a lui l’esperienza diventa ancora più bella.

Super

Die Zeit bei Maria und Gerard ist wie zu Hause. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen in einem bewachten Bereich zur Verfügung. In der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte und Restaurants, und die Stadtpromenade ist nur 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage, eine Mikrowelle, Eis, Geschirr und alles, was man zum Entspannen braucht. Wir haben heimelige, angenehme und unvergessliche Eindrücke von diesem Haus mitgenommen. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. (Der Besitzer spendierte uns Wein, Desserts und Wasser. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke.)

Il proprietario è molto simpatico, ma per motivi miei personali non mi è piaciuta la condivisione dell’appartamento col

Mi è piaciuta la posizione della struttura.

Purtroppo è una stanza che si accede tramite dei gradini, ma in condivisione con il resto della casa dove abita il proprietario. Il bagno è esterno alla stanza e quindi non si ha intimità. Inoltre, anche quando volevamo far più tardi la sera, non ci sembrava corretto far confusione dentro casa dopo. Quindi, non mi è piaciuto molto.

Je suis très déçu de Booking . Je ne ferai plus appel à Booking et je le ferai savoir sur les réseaux sociaux. En effet, j'ai payé 106 euros pour une chambre réservée à l'établissement Yuca à Valauris le 30 mai 2025. Je me suis rendu à cette adresse numéro 5 et le propriétaire était absent. J'ai dû réserver à l'hôtel en face ! Vers 21 h Monsieur Gérard nous téléphone d'Italie que j'aurais dû prendre la chambre cadenassée ! Ce n'est pas sérieux.Après plusieurs appels et même en Angleterre à Booking , aucun remboursement n'a été effectué. Charles Creissent.

Gérard est un hôte aux petits soins qui ne souhaite qu’une chose : que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Il est gentil, accueillant, de bons conseils, généreux. Bref, on se sent à l’aise chez lui. el apartamento se encuentra en una zona securizada, lo que me da confianza para aparcar la moto, pero es que además el propietario me dejó aaparcaaroa en su garaje. extraordinario. essa noche dormí muy tranquilo la habitación está bien de tamaño, cama super cómoda y baño cómodo y con todo lo necesario Gerardo es encantador. muchas geacias

como sugerencia añadiría 2: La cortina de la habitación debería ser opaca. A las 6 ya estaba despierto La almohada es un cojín pequeño y blando, para mi gusto, debería ser más grande, o 2 almohadas

Accueil au top et séjour très confortable

Logement confortable et sympathique. L'accueil au top, le propriétaire est très gentil et attentif. La chambre confortable et très bien équipée (la clime, télé, cafetière, bouilloire et même un micro-onde). Dans une maison dans une rue privée, calme et protégée par un portail. Un très bon séjour.
