Комфортно, тихо, підземний паркінг, господар.
Не погана квартира. Але… Потребує ремонту, маленьке ліжко у кімнаті. В квартирі Є все необхідне: кухня для приготування їжі, гарний wi-fi, велика тераса з чудовий видом на море, гарна територія комплексу зі своїм басейном, безкоштовна парковка у підземному паркінгу (місце велике). Поряд з будинком знаходиться зупинка автобуса N620, можна доїхати (Канни, Ніца, Антіби, ТЦ CAP3000), квітки можна купити у водія або в додатку JOU. До залізничною станції треба іти пішки 15-20 хвилин, звідти можна доїхати до Канни, Ніцца, Монако і тд, квітки купляли в додатку SNCF Connect. Від будинку до пляжу 7 хвилин пішки, гарний, піщаний пляж. Загалом, квартира влаштувала повністю. Гарний господар, завжди на звʼязку, комунікабельний, зустрів пізно у вечері при заселенні і провів рано в ранці при виселенні (6 ранку).

L'appartement est très bien équipé, suffisamment de vaisselle. Terrasse ensoleillée. Les lignes de bus qui permettent d'aller à Antibes ou Nice sont au pied de l'immeuble. Bonne literie.
Un petit bémol sur la longueur de la chambre qui laisse peu de place pour passer au pied du lit.
