Everything we needed was available. The apartment felt safe and pleasant, had a nice view, and was close to the beach. No noise from neighbours.
The bed linen was fully synthetic and felt a bit unusual. It could be improved.

Big size corner apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and amenities. Can see the ocean view and Pattaya city skyline, great mountain views as well. Comfy bed, big kitchen and 65” smart TV screen 👍 small condo building with quiet residents.
Old yellow cracking plastic toilet seat looks disgusting and needs replacement, leaking corner wall and window — a lot of water comes inside the apartment during heavy rain dangerous as you can slip on tiled floor if you don’t expect water there, slow internet at times, loud music 6-7 am from speakers in the temple 2-3 times a week, which is right outside the window and motorbike road noise. Difficult to find car parking space in the evening

Roberto place was ideal and cannot recommend enough, had all the things we needed to make for a comfortable stay. Bed perfect, shower pressure great and also lots of cooking utensils. Location short walk to 7/11 and local market another 15min down road, beach also a short walk away.

This place was great for three reasons: the host and his housekeeper were incredibly responsive and helpful; the views from the balcony were great; the apartment was fully functional - it had everything you need and more.
The only thing was the bedding was a little slippy and the pillows too bulky for me. But the bed was very soft (and after sleeping on many hard beds in Thailand, this was very welcome!). And in truth, if I’d properly looked in the wardrobe there might have been some other pillows because the host really had thought of everything.
