je suis arriver du Cambodge en retard. Et une personne très gentille m'a fait comprendre qu'il fallait une caution de 2000 baths pour le condo. il ma emmener chercher du cash pres d'un distributeur bancaire.
la caution non reversée, mais surtout pas d'inventaire des bien à l'arrivée ni un relevé de compteur électrique. Il on donc garder ma caution environ 60€

Local bem calmo, localização boa. Próximo a acomodação tem diversas coisas como 7 eleven, coffe shop entre outros. O quarto era confortável e tinha tudo que precisávamos.
A limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor e o valor da luz foi exorbitantemente caro, coisa de 2600thb por 1 mês, fora o aluguel é claro

Stayed 5 nights.
Apt is much smaller than pictured = false advertising
No help at property. Went 3 days before we got hot water.
During day, nearby construction is very loud. At night, the air con unit is very loud.
Flat pillows, old towels, not enough paper or trash bags offered. No housekeeping offered.
Property does NOT include room safe, gym, hot tub, mosquito net, as listed on booking.com.
1 mile walk to public beach access
No near-by markets
Bad location.
Overpriced for what I eventually got.
