Great location near Agio Sofia church. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartment. We were given very helpful local information by the owner.

The Artemis Luxury Suite is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable apartment. The location is ideal—just a short walk from top restaurants, great shopping, and the seaside. Athanasios is a fantastic host—professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. I will definitely come back.

We stayed for several nights, and only once—on what I believe was a Friday—the music from the café downstairs was quite loud and affected my sleep. I was worried it might happen again, but fortunately, it didn’t.

The owner met us at a taxi drop off point and took us to the property and showed us around. He also gave us information about the location. We appreciated this. The lounge is comfortable and spacious. The main bedroom is also spacious with a range of fitted cupboards. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Plenty of bottles of water in the fridge along with a bottle of wine. Good size fridge and freezer The location is on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise. A range of bars and restaurants just outside the door. There is a washing machine and drying facilities on the balcony. The balcony is the length of the apartment and can be accessed from both the lounge and the bedroom doors. We didn't use the single bedroom except as a dressing room so can't comment except to say it was a useful space.

On the first morning (Sat) we were awoken at 7.20 am by very loud demolition work in the business unit directly below the apartment. The interior of the unit was being ripped out to be refurbished. we contacted the apartment owner immediately and his reaction was that the police had advised that work during the hours of 7 - 23 hours (except for a gap in the afternoon) was legal. We asked him to come to the apartment to try to find out how long it would last but he told us he was 120 kms away until Monday when he would be available. At my request Booking.com contacted the owner and the response came back within a few hours from his legal rep.(see copy) We went out and thankfully when we returned at 2pm the builders were gone. Of course we had no idea if the work would continue on the Monday or Tuesday but it did not. The attitude of the owner was very disappointing and following the response to Booking.com it did not seem worth contacting him again. Although the apartment was very nice there. were a few negatives:- The bathroom space is small and this is negatively impacted by the washing machine. There is a full oven and hob but the kitchen is not really equipped for cooking meals as there is limited worktop space and limited utensils There are 2 coffee machines but no electric kettle (we used a pan for hot water for tea) As there is no service with the apartment you need to empty bins and dispose of rubbish if staying more than 2 or 3 days. There was no change of towels or bedding in the 5 days we were there. There were a lot of the owners personal items in the apartment.

Das 2. Zimmer hat nur Verdunkelungsrollos, welche an der Wand (nicht am Fenster) angebracht sind, sodass es nicht dunkel ist.
