ARUL Residency

Bed was good and the room had 2 bathrooms which was very helpful. Location is 3kms from Mettupalyam train station which is convenient for anyone taking the 7 am toy train to Ooty like us.

Price was expensive for just a room and 2 bathrooms. Will get a much better place for same price in a metro city. No wardrobe in the room.

Good and clean

Ok

The owner & staff are really helpful. We felt safe & comfortable through out our stay, would highly recommend

Cleanliness of the property is good. Location wise also it is good. amble parking area is there. If other falts are improving then its a better place to stay.

First of all there is no one to attend when we are arriving the facility. The description mentioned in the booking.com is not correct. Non a/c rooms they should mention clearly. when we arrived there we understood that it is non-a/c room. Similarly two beds mentioned in booking.com, one is single bed and other double bed, while in realty double bed is with coat and single bed is just bed alone which we need to place on the floor. So at night we don't have any other option other than staying there in hot condition.
