It is a neat and quiet apartment. Nicely modern decorated. It is not on the street but on an inner garden which makes it nice and quiet in the apartment (unless the upstairs neighbor is at home who was trying to get her steps quota in heels...). Upon arrival the code did not work immediately but I had direct telephone and video call contact and the 'problem' was solved! We had a pleasant stay here. Supermarkets, coffee bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as metro station. Top location!
Unfortunately the bathroom was not really clean upon arrival (there was still urine in the toilet bowl and the mirror and cup and accessories still had (toothbrush) splashes and a layer of dust). The beds are extremely hard, you do not rest on this after a day of walking through Paris. In addition, an extra towel would have been nice as well as hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel on and something for your clothes in the bedroom.
