The location. The apartment was roomy and just right for our needs.

Fast response from owner. Not a 5* clean but clean enough. Kitchen have electric kettle . Was nice for owner to leave a bottle of wine (I don’t drink wine) and a liter of water bottle (handy upon arrival). Have a dish washer and cloth washer, indeed two full-size beds not too hard or not too soft… Close to public transportation and supermarkets. Bathroom does have shampoo / body wash / liquid hand soap / toilet papers…. Towels are clean and soft.
Too many flights of stairs! It gets narrow after passing two flights… very noisy around midnight - it seems Barcelona public pickup trash at midnight ?????

L’appartement est magnifique, très moderne, de bon goût et très cosy. Très bien équipé autant dans la cuisine que dans la salle de bain (machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, savons…). Excellente situation géographique pour visiter Barcelone. Beaucoup de restaurants, bars et commerces dans ce quartier.
Comme c’est un quartier très vivant, c’est très bruyant. Et il y a régulièrement des petites odeurs d’égouts. Et comme le disait les commentaires, il faut savoir que c’est très haut (72 marches) et qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

De locatie is voortreffelijk
De tweede verdieping zijn in werkelijkheid 4 hoge verdiepingen zonder lift. Dat maakt het pittig om met zwaardere koffers omhoog te komen. Communicatie was niet eenvoudig. We hadden wat waardevols laten liggen in de kamer maar hebben geen reactie gekregen nadat we hier navraag over hadden gedaan.
