Beautiful sea front and rooms were comfortable and staff very nice

The music was constant and at times inappropriately loud. It was hard to relax at times as the DJ would turn the music up loud and randomly. They just need to have nice background music without trying to be like a night club. The breakfast could also be improved with more variety for the level of the hotel. Management really should consider these points as I know other guests have commented the same.

Sagredo Boutique Hotel is truly an impressive establishment with its design and comfort. Its brand-new, bohemian style, combined with thoughtfully considered details in every corner, creates a very pleasant atmosphere. There are plenty of comfortable areas throughout the hotel to sit and relax. On top of that, the sea is absolutely beautiful and pristine. The spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, along with the twice-daily housekeeping service, provided wonderful comfort. Alena, who served at the restaurant in the evenings, and Elena, who took care of us at the beach, won our hearts with their smiling faces and sincere help.

The only area I think the hotel could improve is the breakfast. For a seaside holiday destination, having breakfast end at 10:00 AM felt a bit early and strange; feeling time pressure while on vacation is not very enjoyable. Additionally, we would have expected the breakfast staff to be a bit more smiling and cheerful. Aside from these details, it was a fantastic stay.

Servizio imbarazzante specialmente rispetto al personale di sala ai pasti e in reception dove fin da prima della prenotazione abbiamo riscontrato una certa “insofferenza”/menefreghismo nel dare riscontro alle ns (normalissime) richieste. Al momento del check out abbiamo fatto presente le svariate criticità a cui hanno replicato giustificando i disservizi con la mancanza di personale. Inutile che la location sia super fancy se poi non si è in grado di garantire un servizio all’altezza….
