Everything. Delicious breakfast and spotless rooms. Pool area is really comfortable. The staff are so kind and helpful. They really are a credit to this hotel. Booked again for next year.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. We had the best holiday and the hotel and staff were a big part of that.

The design and decor plus the staff were great!
Limited facilities to shower and change if you have a late departure and the late check-out option wasn’t available.
Shower floods the bathroom as the shower tray is shallow - extra towels requested to help prevent the flooding in the bathroom

People were super friendly, it was off season and you could clearly see that they had a hard season behind them. Nevertheless were they so motivated to keep us happy and satisfied. We know, they opened this year, but this is the best advertising they could do is just be super friendly, have great and clean rooms - not the biggest room but everything you need. Fantastic breakfast buffet as well. Honestly just a great experience!
Only thing you could mention would be that the shower is not perfectly thought through with the water splashes, but that's really nothing bad and can be easily overlooked by the amazing service otherwise.

The staff was absolutely perfect in terms of welcoming, helpfulness, making sure that disability lift was usable.
They are very pet friendly and the coast is 5 minutes walk away.
Fantastic breakfast and there is a very sophisticated steakhouse 1 minute walk away
Nothing that we experienced was imperfect
