Wyposażenie i ilość miejsca. Wszystko było co potrzebne łącznie ze środkami czystości oraz herbatą na rozruch. Schludnie.
Umiejscowienie poniżej pozimu gruntu, przez co trochę ciemno za dnia. Niestety hałas od trwającego akurat obok remontu. Przestarzałe leżaki przy basenie. Przydałyby się dodatkowe zasłony na noc w pokojach.
