Relax, descanso y una experiencia inolvidable

Los apartamentos están enclavados en la ladera de una montaña, enfrente del océano, ideal para desconectar y lejos de zonas de turismo masificado. Se necesita coche para llegar, ya que se accede por un camino de tierra (aprox 4 min) y si se quiere conocer más zonas de la isla, así como para hacer las compras básicas. A 4 km está el pueblo de Costa Calma, con todos los servicios. Las vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar, lo mejor. Se puede bajar a la playa andando en unos 5-10 minutos, pero luego hay que subir..., por lo que yo recomiendo el coche.

Tutto come da aspettative, ma la cosa migliore e' il servizio di assistenza offerto. Piena disponibilita' che e' andata oltre le aspettative.

The inclusion of the washing machine is great and the little bits like salt/oil/tea/sugar etc, pots/utensils, cleaning products etc. are helpful. The host provided us with a guide and was on hand to answer questions. He also provided blankets for us the day after requesting them. The view from the window/balcony is lovely on a clear day.

My review is influenced heavily by the fact that I paid nearly 550EUR for 7 night stay, and that I cancelled a much cheaper (350) comparable booking to stay in this apartment which is was rated "exceptional" - however I cannot agree with this rating and am quite surprised! because the level of comfort I experienced was not at all "exceptional" and in fact quite basic. Maybe other guests got a much better deal than me. I think 300EUR for the week would have been more appropriate. Or maybe I have been exceptionally lucky in my other vacation bookings to the Canary Islands, I do not know. But I expected more for this stay. In short, the apartment is very basic and dated. The hot water lasts barely 10 minutes for a shower! The beds and pillows were not comfortable, and the noise from children and TVs next door was very audible. The pool is not even temperature regulated! Wifi was very choppy also. No beach towels provided for us. You need a car to access and a torch at night to walk from the parking safely. The only "exceptional" is the view, everything else is just fine. Sorry but this is my honest opinion.
