Excellent views and lots of room for our family. Lots of sleep arrangements and enjoyed the separate sleeping quarters with the ocean view. Close to parking and a short walk to everything. The place was clean and well lit. Excellent accommodations like tv and internet. Easy to use instructions for things. Good eating arrangements as well.
We slept on the spare bedroom beds and they were absolutely the worst mattresses and bedding we’ve slept on. Not trying to be rude and I know it’s difficult to accommodate each individuals sleeping preferences but new mattresses would be nice. These were extremely creaky and loud with every movement. They were hard and the bedding was crispy and not soft.

Location was great.
No hot showers while there, barely warm. They tried to fix it but couldn't. Before we left, I told the front desk about it, but they had little concern, with them comment I received back, as if it was the booking agency's fault.
