Nhân viên cực kì nhiệt tình và luôn chào hỏi và cảm ơn khách lưu trú. Phòng cản sáng, cách âm, nhiệt độ có thể điều chỉnh theo ý muốn. Nước luôn nóng 24/7. Gấp xếp các vật dụng rất đẹp và hợp lí. Bàn chải và lược xịn, phòng có móc treo đồ nhiều nhất từ trước tới giờ tui thấy.
Wifi khá yếu, điều chỉnh nước từ nóng qua lạnh hơi gấp.
