Villas Sapiens Arenal

La casa es muy linda y muy funcional, todo esta nuevito! Y lo mejor es que estas rodeada de naturaleza! Hay flores y colibríes por todos lados!! Desde la habitación tienes una vista espectacular al volcán Arenal. La pileta es más bien pequeña pero es suficiente para cuando uno regresa de las excursiones poder refrescarse y disfrutar del resto del día en ella. Alex, el anfitrión, nos atendió excelente, hasta nos consiguió una parrilla, la cual tuvimos el gusto de estrenarla!! Estamos muy agradecidos por todo. Lo pasamos hermoso.

La ambientación, las habitaciones, que tuvieran 2 baños y parking. Además la piscina. El aseo fue muy bueno y parece que había sido desinfectado.

Que la cocina tenga un secador para depositar la vajilla lavada. El secador de pelo no funcionaba.

Moderno y limpio

Good views of the volcano from the bedroom balconies. Nice clean pool and well kept garden. Well located. Good wifi.

Not a practical holiday home for 5 adults for 4 nights: i.e. no cupboard space, hanging rail in just one bedroom and no bedside tables or lamps. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable, again with no hanging or cupboard space, though plenty of room under the stairs for hangers and rails! Badly leaking sink, we had to keep emptying a bucket left underneath and use the towels to keep the floor dry as there was mop and bucket. Informed the owner second day he took a look but seemed indifferent and no repair was made. Stairs with no handrail. The coffee machine glass jug had been replaced with a all metal one which made it difficult to pick up with burning your hand. There was no information about how to recycle garbage, how to use the TV or check out instructions. Asked for a invoice, unfortunately we're still waiting for it.
