I really love that they have starbucks. Even theough 16th floor flooded we were given another room and that was a plus!

When we walked into our room it smell like the bug spray was sprayed in there. It was so terrible that we we got a an air freshener to cover the smell.

Room could use a new sofa bed and frying pans … Also had to ask customer service what our wifi was because no one told us when we first checked in

Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lazy river and hot tubs were nice and relaxing. The pools were huge, and my kids enjoyed the slides and kid area! When there’s lightening in the area you can go inside for some pool and ping pong or enjoy the one of the indoor pools! You never ran out of things to do! The condos were very nice. You never hear your neighbor, and the bedroom is separate from the living area. The balcony gives you a great view and plenty of room to sit and relax. And the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere: the movies, restaurants, arcaide, the pier so many other things.

The only thing was I had to wash all the utensils and plates before I used them because they had food crusted all over them, I only washed what I needed to use.
