La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos andando de las vías principales del centro histórico. La cama es cómoda y la gestión con el anfitrión es buena.
El apartamento se hace pequeño para una familia de 4, ya que una vez abierto el sofá cama, apenas queda espacio en el apartamento y la cocina, que además es diminuta, queda inutilizada. El baño también es pequeñín, no cuenta con gel y champú propios y el secador es pequeño y de poca potencia. Por otro lado, el apartamento se hace un poco claustrofóbico, ya que solo cuenta con una ventana, que da a una pequeña galería inutilizada por la máquina del aire acondicionado. Además, la máquina del aire acondicionado está justo encima de la cama, por lo que el aire te da directo en el cuerpo mientras duermes y puede ser incómodo.
