Elegant and bright panoramic apartment, located on the 4th floor of a building in the historic center dating back to the 17th century, completely renovated and equipped with a lift, consisting of: mezzanine lounge with easy-to-open and very comfortable sofa bed, hallway, bedroom with bed double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with sea view and ultra-panoramic terrace on Naples of 80 square meters equipped and equipped with all comforts (barbecue, beds, wrought iron table and Vietri tiles, iron chairs, shower, etc.) The apartment is in the heart of the ancient center of Naples in full ZTL a stone's throw from the main monuments and areas of interest in the city: Museo Madre at 50 meters, Cathedral and annexed Museum of the treasure of San Gennaro at 100 meters, Diocesan Museum and Archiepiscopal Curia 40 meters away, near the Gerolamini complex and the National Museum. Along the nearby Via Duomo you can reach the Decumani and San Gregorio Armeno (the famous street of the cribs and shepherds) and the oldest and most renowned pizzerias in the city.
The apartment is easily accessible from the Central Station of Piazza Garibaldi (also on foot) and from the airport and is very close to the underground stations of Piazza Cavour and the Museum. The Naples citysightseeing tourist bus stop is under the building !!!!.
In the apartment there is an unlimited internet connection via a portable Wi-Fi router. There is also a washer dryer and a latest generation dishwasher.
Animals are not admitted.

Lovely apartment, exactly as pictured. Perfect size for two. The roof terrace, was the ideal place to unwind with a glass of wine before going to dinner in one of the many restaurants. Naples is easy to explore on foot, also the apartment is very close to the station for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum. Claudia is the perfect host she was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us lots of information to help us enjoy our stay. She also also messaged us regularly to make sure all was ok.Nothing seemed any trouble to her.Thank you Claudia for your kindness it was lovely to meet you and if we visit Naples again we will certainly be in touch. A very comfortable and well situated apartment on the top floor of a building with an elevator that was quite well appointed. It was located on a quiet alleyway street at the edge of the historic center. Claudia was a welcoming and excellent host who provided many recommendations and checked in with me periodically to see if I needed anything. The rooftop deck was sensational. My only caution is to anyone with mobility issues, the spiral staircase to the deck is steep and requires concentration, which was not an issue for me. Grazie mille.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse. After a short walk from the train station, we arrived at the apartment with the best view of Napoli. The comfortable apartment is removed from the main streets of the city making it a quieter location. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The two best features of the apartment are the easy correspondence with Claudia, the property manager/owner, and the lovely private terrace on the roof of the building. The views are amazing! Thanks again Claudia!
