Small but lovely! Our smallest apartment at Villa Gruner has been furnished with great attention to detail, making it the ideal vacation home for two people in a 40-square-meter space.
The apartment features a combined living, kitchen, and dining area from which you can access the east-facing balcony. After an eventful day exploring the island of Usedom, the sofa, armchair, and TV offer pure relaxation. The built-in, high-quality kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker) offers every luxury you could want in a kitchen.
When it’s time for a good night’s sleep, you can retreat to the bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses) and plenty of storage space for your belongings or the souvenirs you’ve purchased during your vacation.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel.
The living room and bedroom are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Another highlight is the exclusive bathroom with a real-glass shower enclosure and a floor-level shower pan, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
In the living room, it’s possible to accommodate a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can add the travel crib to your booking for a fee.
