About this house rental
Relax in a spacious, beautifully presented 4-bedroom family beach house in Inverloch’s Broadbeach Estate. Just a short walk to the beach, your stay includes FREE access to the Broadbeach Health Club with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna and tennis. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided, with WiFi, table tennis, games and a well-equipped kitchen — everything you need for an easy family getaway.
The space
Seaside Serenity is a spacious, modern four-bedroom home designed for an easy and comfortable family getaway.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Master bedroom – king bed, ensuite and walk-in robe
• Bedroom 2 – queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – king single and single bed
• Bedroom 4 – single bunk beds
The home is fully air-conditioned, with ducted heating for the cooler months and ceiling fans in three bedrooms.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven and cooktop, coffee machine, air fryer, electric frypan, microwave, sandwich maker, slow cooker, rice cooker, kettle and toaster. A Weber BBQ is also provided.
Families have plenty to enjoy at the house, including WiFi, table tennis and a cupboard full of games for different ages. The table tennis table can be folded away when the garage is needed for parking.
Guests also have complimentary access to the Broadbeach Health Club, just a short walk from the house, with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna and tennis facilities. We provide tennis racquets and balls for guests to use. Health Club opening hours may vary.
Linen, bath towels and beach towels are included.
Pets are welcome subject to our pet conditions. Pets must remain outside and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them. Additional cleaning charges may apply if pet waste is left at the property.
No smoking. No Schoolies bookings, parties or functions.

Omg Michelle’s home away from home is perfect. A perfect size for two families, or in our case grandparents with our daughter’s family of two young children. We have used Stayz all over the world and she has thought of everything for both big and little people to be very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The deck great for happy hour. The home was spotless on arrival. Michelle always answered queries fast. Thank you Michelle for sharing your lovely holiday home and we will definitely be back.
