No need to climb the stairs for the restroom, the half bath is located just off the living room. Speaking of the living room: it offers a great space to have your morning coffee or a late night chat (brand new leather furniture coming in May!) Great for entertaining, playing board games, or watching a movie, the first floor is full of options to make it a space of your own!
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms with comfy bedding perfect to recharge for the next day of adventures.

We had a great stay at this home. The owner was proactive in reaching out prior to our arrival, answered all questions quickly during our stay, and was very easy to work with. The house was just as described and in the perfect location. Walking distance to the main strip on North Conway and a short drive to the bigger stores like Walmart or Hannaford to stock up on whatever you need for your trip. Would stay here again!

We stayed at the house for a boys' ski week. The house was just as listed - a cozy ski house with a lot of character in a great location. The check-in time was listed as Noon on the Vrbo site when it was actually 4:00 so there was a little confusion at check-in. Otherwise everything went smoothly and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
