This house is very convenient for our visit with our dad, who lives nearby. It was clean and comfortable. It has nice furniture and a nice pool and patio. It doesn't have a lot of extra supplies available, like Kleenex or other paper products. Also, coffee isn't provided for the Keurig (except a couple pods), so it would be nice if the listing suggested that guests bring their own. The pool is listed as a heated pool, but it's an additional fee, which seems a little misleading. Also, most of the bedrooms don't have any clothes storage except the closet, no dressers.

The house appears renovated and was very well appointed. Especially enjoyed watching the iguanas on the canal wall. Quiet, peaceful. Internet was a tad slow and the router needed reset once but this was addressed quickly.
