The single-level interior is tastefully appointed with elegant design.
The spacious, bright interior showcases an open layout with sparkling, white tile flooring featured throughout. Gather with friends and family on the luxe, leather sofa while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. Each smart TV has access to Netflix and Peacock so no need to bring your own steaming devices. The full island kitchen comes exquisitely outfitted with cookware utensils to suit even the most discerning of home cooks. The island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for five. Everyone can eat together at the eight-seater dining table. Challenge friends and family to a bit of competition with a few rounds of ice-hockey in one of the bedrooms.
Primary guests will find a private sanctuary in the main bedroom, complete with direct patio access. Master bathroom features soaking tub and walk-in shower. My family of 7 enjoyed our week long stay in Lucas' home! The pool was such a hit with out entire party! We also loved spending time by the canal--our daughter was a huge fan of all the turtles. The house was well stocked with towels (including beach towels), cookware and even better ALL the things needed for a day trip to the beach-a nice added bonus!! All 7 of us found the beds extremely comfortable as well. Lucas was an exceptionally attentive host and reached out a few times during our stay ensuring things were as expected! Looking forward to staying again on our next trip to Southwest Florida!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home in Cape Coral! It was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and 3 children without ever feeling crowded. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet area allowing us to enjoy the birds every morning. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor spaces. Having the safety fence around the pool was such a relief. It allowed us to enjoy our time with a busy 3 year old. Enjoyed the dock area and fishing. The turtle’s and jumping fish were fun to watch. A favorite spot was the outdoor dining area that allowed us to share meals, and make great family memories. The home was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy for everyone to get a good night’s sleep after our days of swimming and exploring. Our host was fantastic to work with. Lucas checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Our travel plans changed several times prior to our trip. Our host was incredibly accommodating by allowing us to check in earlier than expected and adding on to our original booking. This was very much appreciated. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cape Coral. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the outstanding hospitality made our family vacation even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again.

Everything was in great shape/clean and represented exactly as stated in the description. The Host was very accommodating and responsive. The location is within reasonable distance from shopping and restaurants. The outdoor kitchen and pool are a big plus. This property is highly recommended.

This has to be the best VRBO in Cape Coral!Both the host, Lucas, and the property were perfect and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for getting wherever we needed to go (further North or South: PG or Ft. M).The entire house was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you could need; all you really need to do is get your groceries if you plan on cooking!Towels? Boom. Stuff to cook with and store food? Boom. Some supplies in the pantry? Boom. Extra toilet paper, pillows, or blankets? Boom. Night lights and fans? Boom! I even forgot there was a pack and play, high chair, and baby rocker in the entry closet! We were a family of 8 and never felt crowded, had plenty of room to cook and stock the fridge or pantry, and didn’t feel crowded in the pool or back patio either!The pool was definitely the cherry on top. Screened in, heated, didn’t burn your eyes, already had plenty of pool accessories and seating. There were even night lights over and inside the pool for night swimming which was awesome.Lucas, our host, was so welcoming and on top of everything. He would check in with us through text regularly but not too regularly, to make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Checkout was very straightforward and it helped that there was an information page in the entryway that acted as our constant cheat sheet when we forgot things. It felt like an honor to sign the Guest Book. I can’t wait to book this property again next time we come.
