About this apartment rental

In the heart of Portoferraio, deep immersed in the charm of the historic centre, we find the studio “La Calata”, recently renovated and overlooking the ancient Medici port with a pictoresque sea view. The neighborhood has a vibrant atmosphere, with narrow streets leading to the main square and to the promenade with characteristic cafe and elegant boutiques. The old port hosts large sailing boats, modern yachts and fishing boats.
The apartment La Calata has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, fridge with freezer) a sofa bed and a dining table. A cozy balcony overlooks the gulf. Separated from the living a confortable double bedroom. The house is ideal for two people. Le Ghiaie beach is within walking distance and all services, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are neraby.
