About this house rental
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Custom tiny home located right in the heart of Beaver Lake. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood with enough space to park your boat or your jet ski.
Beautiful treehouse style deck with a great outdoor feel for your morning coffee, or just grilling out. After enjoying the lake or biking, in beautiful Hobbs State Park, enjoy a spa -like rainfall shower at the end of your day before relaxing in a cozy bed.
The space
Guests will check themselves in with a door code (provided the day of your arrival) and you will have access to the entire home and amenities during your stay.
The home will have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen, fresh bed linens for each bed, as well as fresh towels.
There is a hairdryer in the bathroom along with soap and shampoo for your use.
**There is no lake view, and no walking access from the home. However, there is just a short 1-minute drive to the nearest swim beach, and a 1.5-minute drive to the boat ramp.
For the safety of our guests, our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest.
This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home will sleep 4 people comfortably.
Private bedroom with queen size bed and 43" smart flat tv.
Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room along with a comfortable sleeper recliner that could potentially sleep a 5th person. The living room also has a 43" smart flat screen tv and a Bose surround sound.
Propane grill available for your use as well.
Prairie Creek Marina is just a 5-minute drive and downtown Rogers is less than 10 minutes.
**There is no washer and dryer in the house.

We had a really great time here. This was my first VRBO booking, and while I was a bit bummed that the fees for cleaning seemed higher, the quality of the space was much better than the other guys. It was a fantastic space and we enjoyed it a lot. We would definitely come back.

Overall it was great. Quaint house with everything you need. Water pressure in overhead shower was a bit weak, but water was hot and quick to heat!
