About this cabin rental
Overlooking the quiet, calm, and conveniently located Monte Ne cove, this fully remodeled Luxury Cabin is a beautiful vacation destination for you and your family. You will be staying on the fantastic Beaver Lake in NW Arkansas with full access to the lake for swimming, camping and boating. The boat launch is approximately 1000' away! The cabin has a huge wrap-around deck outside facing the lake and is fully furnished inside and out with beautiful furniture and all new appliances. It includes a 65" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. High Speed WIFI and complete internet access. We have even included a full size washer and dryer so that you and your family can wash your swim suits and towels any time you need to. All items such as kitchen utensils, outside grill, and linens are provided.

You will even have RV access for up to 2 family RVs (optional, added cost) with power, filtered water and RV dump capabilities so that you and your family can RV to the lake and use the cabin for the central place to eat, sleep, watch TV, boat, BBQ and more! You will be just an easy 5 mile drive from Rogers, AR and there is a local major airport that you can fly into if you want. NW Arkansas also boasts the best biking trails in the USA that you and your family can explore along with caves, hiking trails, and many other outdoor activities. You will want to make this a yearly vacation destination for you and your entire family! Don't forget to bring your bikes, boats and RVs with you. See you soon!

My 4 night stay: I would definitely stay again.Late check-in not a problem: My stay started off in a series of mishaps causing a delay that the host made a non-issue. Got in around 11:30pm Friday night. Is pretty easy to find if you take Rogers Exit 83 at the hospital - just drive straight through town and follow the road to their driveway. If you reach the water, you've gone too far by about 1000ft.This IS a real cabin, but was as clean as any modern building (and cleaner than some). All the appliances are modern and the gas based tank-less water heater really works and I could get in the shower within seconds of turning the water on. Everything was clean. (Host even apologized for the leaves on the deck!?!? It's FALL - that's why we are here!)Plenty of room and furniture is solid. Plenty of outlets for chargers on nightstands, desk and couch area. Location is generally quiet, but it is on a lake and you will hear boats and RV's occasionally. Plenty of parking, room for a boat/trailer, outdoor grilling and fire-pit setup. 30 minutes or less from almost everything there is to do and see in NW Arkansas.

The cabin was spacious and clean. The location was not as close to the water as we would have liked. If you are looking for a place to stay and go swimming then this would not be ideal. The water at this location of the lake is probably the worst for swimming. This place would be good if you wanted a place to stay and had a boat as the launch is not to far away. We ended up going to the main part of the lake due to the water quatity.
