About this cabin rental

Overlooking the quiet, calm, and conveniently located Monte Ne cove, this fully remodeled Luxury Cabin is a beautiful vacation destination for you and your family. You will be staying on the fantastic Beaver Lake in NW Arkansas with full access to the lake for swimming, camping and boating. The boat launch is approximately 1000' away! The cabin has a huge wrap-around deck outside facing the lake and is fully furnished inside and out with beautiful furniture and all new appliances. It includes a 65" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. High Speed WIFI and complete internet access. We have even included a full size washer and dryer so that you and your family can wash your swim suits and towels any time you need to. All items such as kitchen utensils, outside grill, and linens are provided.

You have to see this property to believe it. You will even have RV access for up to 2 family RVs (optional, added cost) with power, filtered water and RV dump capabilities so that you and your family can RV to the lake and use the cabin for the central place to eat, sleep, watch TV, boat, BBQ and more! You will be just an easy 5 mile drive from Rogers, AR and there is a local major airport that you can fly into if you want. NW Arkansas also boasts the best biking trails in the USA that you and your family can explore along with caves, hiking trails, and many other outdoor activities. We were in town for a concert at the Arkansas Music Pavillion. The cabin was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Really all the comforts of home. Overall a great stay. Also the owner was nearby in case we needed anything.

Absolutely loved this property!!!! Being up close with nature and wildlife; I couldn’t ask for a better getaway. The cabin was very spacious and had everything we needed. Not to mention, driving through town was breeze. Everything that we were wanting to go to was less than 15 minutes away. Last but not least, our host was amazing! He helped us with directions and provided us with all the information that we would need for the property.

If you want to get away to the lake for couple of days but don’t want a long drive, or want access to local dining and amenities in addition to lake access, this is your place! Only 30 min from Fayetteville and Bella Vista, this central located cabin is literally across the street from lake access ( with or without a boat), has great views of the lake from the patio, is super clean and accommodating. It was perfect for us to easily get away and recharge!

The only reason why I'm not giving a five star all the way across the board is because there's a couple of things that surprised us. Number one it said a bedroom but it's not really a bedroom. It's an open floor layout. There's no privacy. And the second thing was it's not on the lake. It's like a Second tear in from the pictures. The only thing I could tell you was I thought I'd be closer to the lake. A little disappointing, but not enough to complain. But like I said, we thoroughly enjoyed it it was wonderful time and we would go back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cabin, and it was one of the most relaxing weekends I've had in a while. It's nestled in a beautiful, serene area but is still close to all the activities that the area has to offer. The cabin itself was well-maintained, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated, and has a spacious deck to hang out on and watch the sunrise. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was easy, and they were nearby if I needed anything. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend this location.

The cabin was spacious and clean. The location was not as close to the water as we would have liked. If you are looking for a place to stay and go swimming then this would not be ideal. The water at this location of the lake is probably the worst for swimming. This place would be good if you wanted a place to stay and had a boat as the launch is not to far away. We ended up going to the main part of the lake due to the water quatity.

This property is a must go to if you're staying in the NWA region. Property owner is an awesome gentleman, who is next door for your convenience. He was very cordial and made my wife and I feel very welcome. Inside was everything you would need, very clean and well maintained. There was even a washer and dryer onsite. Excellent experience.

The location of this cabin was 10 minutes from Rogers, and it was VERY peaceful, sitting close to Beaver lake. Every morning, we heard the chirps of the birds singing and the wind blowing through the trees. Very serene! The cabin was immaculately clean and Jason met us there and showed us everything in the cabin. Overall, very peaceful, relaxing, and private stay. The only negative would be the mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, but it was a very minor thing. I would highly recommend!

Very nice little cabin. Very comfortable and a great location for exploring. Jason, Rob's nephew made checking in a breeze and came out to help us find the cabin when our Apple Maps application couldn't find it. Google maps was much more accurate. He called us and helped us navigate to the cabin. Close to the boat launch and swimming area and made it a breeze when we wanted to go in the water. Cabin was fully stocked, but a little cramped if you plan on cooking every meal. Not a spacious kitchen, but easy to use for simple meals. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this cabin. Thanks Rob for sharing.

This was our first trip to Beaver Lake. The cabin was so perfect. Access to the lake was quick and easy. The host was so helpful and kind. We utilized the camper set up for my parents. This is a great home right by Beaver Lake. Quick walk to where Monte Ne ruins used to be. Great public area to hang out in the water. The cabin is comfy and had everything I needed for a seamless stay. Good communication with the host. Thanks!

We booked the house for the outdoor space and we loved it! It was perfect for our family bbq. Lots of seating and even a fire pit for S’mores! The cabin was cozy and exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
