Property sits on a boating canal and has a large community pool with Jacuzzi and bathrooms onsite. Modern amenities in the 3 bed 2 bath unit boasting over 1700 living square feet with towels, linens, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates and cups. Located a few miles from grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Minimum 30 day short term rental agreement required for this property.

Perfect for retirees looking to get away for the winter months or to enjoy what Florida fall golfing offers. Property is in great condition and has all the amenities required for your getaway. This is a quiet complex with limited minors geared for the older crowd looking to relax and enjoy Florida.
