This Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Palm Coast is the perfect blend of comfort and style. This home is centrally located to just about everything in and around Palm Coast. Located in a well established and maintained street. This inviting retreat is located just minutes away from great golf, beaches, and endless options for outdoor recreation. At home, kick back for coffee or cocktails on the fully screened-in patio while enjoying the peaceful views of the private backyard.
Whether you need a beach getaway or are looking to get some Disney time in, this house is a perfect for fun in Florida. Minutes from the beach and easy access to many of Florida's best attractions. Just 11 miles to Flagler Beach and a short drive south to the Daytona Speedway. Head north to beautiful historic St. Augustine.
This property is dog (no cats) friendly and will allow up to two dogs under 50 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All dogs MUST be on a leash while outside of the fenced in backyard.

Master ensuite will be completely renovated January 2025.

- Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
- Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
- In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time.
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
- No smoking/vaping. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found there will be a $245 additional cleaning charge.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Very comfortable home with yard for our dog to play. Especially liked sectional sofa and chairs in living room. Also bed in master was good for my husbands back. Good neighborhood for walks. Older house but exactly what we needed for a fair price.

I didn't like having to keep the blinds closed, it made it dark and dreary inside.I couldn't get any hot water in the master shower. So I had to take showers in the other bathroom.The sliding glass door was hard to open and close.Otherwise, it was good.
