This listing is 3 separate townhomes in a luxury boutique townhome community centrally located in Midtown Omaha just blocks from UNMC. This is the perfect solution for groups who want to be together yet have their own private space at the same time.

Please note that the price quoted is for 3 Townhomes. We have a total of 4 to choose from. If you require a specific unit - especially if you require the elevator - you MUST notify us when requesting the booking. We canNOT guarantee which units are available until you have booked.
The townhomes that we have are:
- 2 bed (double master suites) / 3 bath - sleeps 4
- 3 bed / 3 bath (1 king, 2 queens) - sleeps 6
- 3 bed / 3 bath (1 king, 2 queens) - sleeps 6
- 3 bed / 3 bath with an elevator (1 king, 2 queens, 1 pullout couch, 1 futon - sleeps 9

If your group only needs 2 units or if you need all 4, we can mix and match and adjust the price by 1/3.

These townhomes are brand new. No expense was spared. Prepared to be wowed as you enter the building! Uniquely designed to take advantage of the incredible city views, the open-concept living room is on the top floor, and is perfect for entertaining!

Each top floor features a fully stocked chef's kitchen with huge breakfast bar. Each unit features a dining table and chairs as well as seating at the breakfast bar. The modern-designed living rooms feature gas fireplaces and plenty of seating. There is a half-bath on this floor, as well.

One of the units features a passenger elevator for comfort and accessibility. The other two offer small load lifts for ease of moving luggage and groceries between floors.

The second floor is the bedroom floor. Each unit is furnished with very comfy beds and bedding. The master bedrooms have en suites and walk-in closets. There are also in-unit laundry with free full-size washers and dryers.

One unit offers children's toys, games, etc. There is WIFI and TVs in each unit.

The townhomes are each 3 stories which are accessed by stairs. One unit does have an elevator. Please let us know if you require that so that we can confirm if the unit is available during your stay.

We do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee. This will be charged when you add your pet to the reservation.

We do NOT allow parties or unapproved events. We are not unreasonable. We want you to enjoy your time with your friends. However, in order to keep our property safe for all guests, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved events and guests. This may be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation.

We do have security cameras on the exterior of the building.
