Getting to the beach is quick and easy using the nearby path that leads to the Barracuda beach access, only a four-minute walk from the house. The outdoor fun continues back at the house with your very own private pool and bubbly hot tub. After a day at the beach or lounging by the pool, head inside and relax in the top-level great room that's comfortably furnished and ideal for gathering. Both the living area and a sunroom lead out to an expansive east-facing deck with an ocean view. Back inside, the chef in the group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with double oven, gas cooktop and island with bar seating. Serve meals in the formal dining room for uninterrupted quality time with loved ones.

The primary bedroom is located on the top level and includes a spacious private bath with separate shower and jetted tub. The garage has been converted into a rec room and equipped with a pool table for around-the-clock indoor entertainment
