Villa La Grande Bleue is a stunning modern villa, completed in November 2023, located on the upper part of Monte de Los Almendros and offering magnificent views of the Moorish castle of Salobreña and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. This villa has four bedrooms: two with two single beds each and two with double beds. All bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom. The design is modern and spacious, with enormous panoramic windows that allow the indoor and outdoor spaces to blend into a single living area. The house faces east-southeast, meaning you’ll experience beautiful sunrises and enjoy the early morning sun inside the home. The outdoor areas and the pool enjoy sun all day long.
Located at the end of a secluded dead-end street, the location offers plenty of peace and quiet. At street level, there is secure parking for three cars. From the moment you enter the villa, you can enjoy the views it offers. The top floor consists of an impressive entryway gallery above the living room and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink and rain shower. The double bedroom (the bed measures 1.80 x 2.00 m) on this floor is located in the corner of the house and features floor-to-ceiling windows on both exterior sides to fully enjoy the incredible view. You literally feel as though the room is floating in the air, and you’ll wake up to a stunning view of the sea from the king-size bed. This bedroom features a large en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and double sink, as well as a private terrace where you can relax in complete tranquility.
An open staircase leads to the living room, which is open, cozy, bright, and spacious. The kitchen features a large island with a built-in stovetop, sink, dishwasher, and ample cabinet space.
