This wonderful villa for rent with heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and spectacular view is named 'Villa Kullevik'. It is located in one of the most prestigious area of the Costa Tropical. The Monte de los Almendros is considered to be one of the 10 most exclusive neighbourhoods in Spain. Villa Kullevik is very well connected, barely 100 km from away any of the major regional airports (e.g. Malaga, Granada or Almeria). The access to the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood is very easy, since it is not too far from the N-340 national road, which connects Malaga with Almería. It is also just a few kilometers to the beautiful coastal towns Salobreña and Almuñecar.
This wonderful villa for rent with heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and spectacular views has been renovated with materials and finishes of excellent quality. The location within the neighbourhood is privileged. The views of the Mediterranean Sea are spectacular. The villa is oriented torwards southeast, which gives us sunlight during most of the day and allows the guest to fully enjoy the sunrise. We have fantastic views of the coast and its white towns and green fields. You can contemplate the beaches of Salobreña with its famous landmark 'El Péñono' (a huge rock inside the sea). The Playa Granada, where the Los Moriscos golf course with 18 holes is located, is a just 15 minutes drive away. The view is also fantastic in the night when you can admire the stars! Seeing the castel of Salobreña illuminated is also a delight. Enjoy a full moon scenery, which is an image impossible to forget.
The luxurious Villa Kullevik, has been built on 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms
3 bathrooms, a spacious living room and an independent kitchen. The property offers secured parking for two cars, several terraces and a garden, which provides high privacy for the guest. There is a splendid barbecue area with a bar ldirectly next to the pool and the jacuzzi. One of the most important parts of this wonderful house is the spacious terrace where the swimming pool (8m x 4 m / depth: 1,40 - 1,60m) is located. The Nordic sauna, the jacuzzi, the table football offer good entertainment for guests of all ages. This wonderful house is equipped with individual air conditioning appliances for heating or cooling in each room.
Guests of the villa have free access to the close-by (about 1km) recreational area of the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood. It is consisting of a large swimming pool for adults, another smaller pool for children. a little playground, a tennis court and a football field. There is also a bar, which opens during the sommer month.

Stunning Villa with fab views. We were over for a family wedding and the villa was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could need. The outside kitchen was used a lot and the views from the pool and the various terraces were breathtaking. We are already planning a return.

Initially we thought the photographs showed the property in a better light than upon inspection. However this feeling wore off during our stay.
The heated pool was great, although the manual cover was a bit of a pain to pull over each night.
Didn’t use the hot tub or the sauna, more than happy to lay outside in the sunshine with occasional dips into the pool.
However, some of the sun beds need replacing, the webbing has stretched to the extent that your back is resting on the metal support bars making it very uncomfortable.
Property is well stocked with pots, pans and cutlery
Disappointed with what was left in the property as a starter pack….2 dishwasher tablets, no kitchen roll, no salt and pepper etc…this means buying a dishwasher tablet pack with 30 tablets only 10 were used, and a salt and pepper grinder, which was left behind……I expect this will not be left for the next holiday makers, who will have to start over.
Finally, disappointed with the TV set up, not that we wanted to watch much, Champions League final would of been nice…flipped through 201 channels only 2 in English
1 of those a children’s programme and no football.

The villa is located in a super location, fantastic view. Facility is in good condition. Pool and jacuzzi are a dream. Everything is in working condition The service was also very good, from the reception to small complaints. Everything was taken care of immediately without any problems.
A shade over the whirlpool would still be very useful. Otherwise, this was for us a dream vacation in Salobrena and Villa Kullevik. We would go there again.

Negativt: Myror i källaren, trasig jaccuzzi, dåligt uppvärmd pool, dåligt med kvällssol på terassen i slutet på Oktober..Posetivt: Toppen utsikt! Fin infinety pool, bra boende.
