Nice townhouse in the beautiful Snowcreek Complex. Located on the edge of the Snowcreek meadow with views of Mammoth Mountain. Enter on the bottom floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a third full bathroom, and a laundry area. Each bedroom has a cozy queen bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The downstairs hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a separate sink area. Take the stairs to the living area on the second floor, and the loft is on the third floor. The open floor plan living area has a comfortable couch with a queen sofa bed, a smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the deck and windows looking out at Mammoth Mountain. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for 6 and is open to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. The loft is on the third floor and has two twin beds and a desk with extra monitors if you need to work. There is a half-wall open to the living area below. Please, no animals of any kind, including ESA.
The Snowcreek Complex features a Jacuzzi and Sauna on site, views of the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Mountain. There is easy access to Mammoth Creek and the meadow walking paths if there isn't too much snow. A beautiful location to enjoy Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding Eastern Sierra.

Overall we had a great stay up in Mammoth. The unit was quiet, even on the busy 4th of July weekend. Inside was cozy and comfortable with a view of the top of the ski mountain. There was also very easy access to a short 1.2 mile bike/walking path that took you directly to the bottom of the Eagle Express lift. The beds were comfortable and we liked the fact that there was nobody above us.There were some shortcomings. The unit itself could use a good cleaning as there was lots of dust. And if you plan to cook you will need to bring everything that you need like oil and spices. The only thing we could find in the kitchen other than cooking and eating-ware was salt and pepper.
