Introducing this 2 bedrooms plus open loft and 3 full bathrooms, with spacious two level floor plan, and all the amenities for the perfect mountain getaway. The living room offers a cozy and comfortable setting where you can enjoy evenings around the gas fireplace, or all gather on the large sectional to watch a movie or the game on the large flatscreen smart TV with Cable and streaming. Cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and enjoy family gatherings at the dining area that seats 6, with additional bar seating at the open plan kitchen breakfast bar. The open plan offers a nice flow for everyone to spread out but enjoy time together. The private balcony provides natural light, and a private gas BBQ grill. This unit features all of the comforts of home with a side by side laundry washer and dryer. You have two master suites on the first level, the primary featuring a King bed with full en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, with another full bathroom in the hall with tub/shower combo. The upstairs open loft has two twin size beds plus a day bed with trundle, for a total of 4 twin beds. This is the perfect space for the kids to hang out with a 50" flatscreen TV with streaming, versatile sleeping options, and also features the third full bathroom with walk-in shower. The entry way offers a small mud area with ski racks so you can store all your adventure gear! Located walking distance to the Snowcreek Athletic Club and on a free shuttle line, you can't beat the quiet creekside location, still with the convenience of the leisure club within a few minutes walk. The Snowcreek community is beautifully landscaped, and has the Mammoth creek running by so you can maximize your time enjoying the outdoor, quiet setting and offers a community year-round covered hot tub. This unit is not pet-friendly, sleeps 8. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes for outside unassigned parking. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. This is an upper floor unit and there is approximately 15 steps to access the front door, there are 2 levels inside. Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home.
