If convenience is what you are after, then 31A Delaware Avenue in South Rehoboth Beach should be on your shortlist! Located just over a block to the beach, this townhome rental is in the first building of the second block on Delaware Avenue. Not only does that put it close to the beach, but it also means it is one block from the shops and restaurants on Wilmington Avenue, and two from Rehoboth Avenue. Guests enter this rental home on the ground level, where they find two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The entry is behind the building off the parking area, where guests will be able to park two cars. Head upstairs to find the main living space, including the kitchen and dining area, plus a half bath. There is also a primary bedroom suite on the upper level with a full bath. The complex has parking for two cars per unit. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $207.00.

Check-in and out - super easy. Excellent communication! Very clean, price was great, plenty of room, great location, loved the balcony view - so comfortable. My family of 4 were very happy with this place. Would stay again! Thank you!

The house was very clean. Location was perfect. Parking was a great plus. Minor issues/recommendations: there were only 6 plates, 3 cereal bowls, no large bowls, and limited forks if you don't count salad and seafood forks. This required us to do at least two loads in the each day, just so we would have enough dishes and flatware for the next meal. There could be more blankets. Thanks

House was cleaned and great location. The couch is completely shot and needs to be replaced. The dining room one chair leg was loose.

Great location and space, house was very worn. Couch was sagging, almost all chairs had bent of loose legs, stains in the carpet, water damage in the master bathroom.
