● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
● Parking: One assigned parking spot per unit.

No problem! The full-size sofa bed offers additional sleeping arrangements. Unwind and relax in the living area, featuring a 45-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
The kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals or heat up leftovers after a fun day exploring Galveston. Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, featuring a luxurious walk-in, glass-enclosed shower.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

It was bigger than we expected but we full time RV so it was massive to us. We loved it! The unit is older but we like that in places. The only thing was the water ia definitely hot in the shower, but we figured out the perfect spot and was fine. I would say this a great for couples and young people. If you are fancy or need lot of amenities not for you, but for us is was PERFECT! Close to the beach and eveything we did was with in a 10 min drive.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was a great location as it was very close to the beach and pleasure island. However this is not for a family especially with a small child. It would have been good for just a couple’s getaway. We did have an issue with the water. The shower and all the sinks only had hot water. And when I say hot water like scalding hot. We were barely able to shower ourselves it was so hot. And we had to quickly rinse our child as soon as we turned it on so it didn’t burn him. I did contact the manager and they said they would look into it but we heard nothing back. The refrigerator was the only other complaint. We ended up running out of room. Simply because we brought snacks for our toddler, plus had leftovers.

The place was awesome easy entry Ocean view just as advertised it was clean. Loved the fact that there was coffee for more than one for 2 days that was awesome and communication with the host was very timely if I had a question wasn't just a minute or two they replied that's a plus in my book don't know if there was anything I didn't like about the place would refer to family and friends and I would say again

The place was clean and updated on the inside but the shower water was scalding hot and nobody came to fix it so we couldn’t shower all weekend. Also the wifi did not work and there’s no cable either.
