Our beautiful, bright apartment has been renovated and decorated with charm. It is quietly located in a townhouse dating from 1934, in the city center of Chamonix. Located on the ground floor, it offers multiple exposures, including a beautiful view of the Chamonix needles. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for a family with two children.

Our beautiful, bright apartment has been renovated and decorated with charm. It is quietly located in a townhouse dating from 1934, in the city center of Chamonix. Located on the ground floor, it offers multiple exposures, including a beautiful view of the Chamonix needles. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for a family with two children.
Housing
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The apartment is particularly intended for families with two children because it is also close to beginner's slopes.
You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Sheets and towels are fully provided. Internet, Tv, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, and microwave. You are at the foot of the Savoy ski slopes, giving access to the slopes of the Brévent - Flégère domain and also in the heart of the city center, shops, and restaurants.
Travelers access
Access to the entire accommodation (is not shared with the owner). The apartment is furnished and fully equipped.
Other remarks
Sheets and towels are not provided. However, you can call on our service to provide them to you. The rental of sheets and towels is 20 euros per room per stay.
Housekeeping is not included. When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival. A cleaning deposit of € 60 will be required for the duration of your stay. If the apartment is returned as is, the cleaning deposit will be returned to you.
Arrivals are possible between 4 p. m. and 10 p. m. and departures are fixed for a maximum of 10 a. m.
The parking
You can unload and recharge your car in front of the address of the property, but it is not
parking permit there (It is a small street in the center). There are a few free spaces on avenue du Savoy, just
behind the Mummery building, but they are very popular! Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer free parking lots in
Chamonix. There is one at the entrance to the cemetery (5 min walk). The problem with these outdoor spaces in winter is that you
are good at scratching the windshield every morning. And in the event of heavy snowfall, to clear everything. The solution,
weekly subscriptions in covered parking. Between € 47.50 (to use a single covered car park) and € 59.50 (to be able to
park everywhere). As the house is close to those of Mont-Blanc and Saint-Michel, I think it's worth the investment,
especially in heavy snow.

Ski
The apartment is 200 m from the Savoy slopes. This mini-domain with 2 ski lifts is intended for beginners. But taking the
large ski lift, you arrive at the start of the gondola which takes you to the Brévent-Flégère area, ie the entire southern slope
from Chamonix. When there is enough snow, you can even descend to Savoy from the top thanks to the piste
Nants. A little advice to go up without queuing too much: take your package in the small chalet at the foot of the Savoy slopes
(they sell the packages for everything). This will save you from having to wait at the Brévent-Flégère checkout.
If you want to explore the other areas, you can take the free buses. They are taken either in front of the restaurant
Satsuki (200 m), in front of the fire station on Place du Mt Blanc (also 200 m).
