Large spacious rooms. Well kept bathrooms for all my travelling companions to enjoy their own amenities. Good location and in a safe neighbourhood

The washing machine worked well however the buttons and switches need to be replaced as they are worn from usage and 1 button is completely broken. However the machine does still wash well but you can’t select anything other then a normal wash

The apartment is spacious, well designed and comfortable, with plenty of storage. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms and hot-water system work well, and all the necessary appliances, including the washing machine, are functional. The location is excellent, in a gated residential neighbourhood with easy access to shops, restaurants and delivery services. The price is also reasonable for the size, location and amenities provided.

- Security: The apartment could not be properly locked from the inside, which was concerning as a single woman with a teenage daughter staying there without other adults. Although this was reported several times, it was only fixed on our 3rd day. A 24-hour security guard or some sort of a electronic security system at the main gate would also provide some reassurance. - Cleanliness: The apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly when we checked-in. The floors were dirty, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. The manager arranged another cleaner after I shared photographs, but the initial standard was disappointing. And overall the cleaning was just ok - and just not professional level. Dirty hallways outside, forgetting to refill soaps - too many small instances of sloppy cleaning. - Management and communication: The building manager was polite and courteous but often took 24 hours to respond, including on important issues like security. Check-in was poorly coordinated: no one was present at the agreed time, the full address and access instructions were only provided after I requested them, and we were placed in a ground-floor apartment rather than the second-floor apartment we had expected. - Support for longer stays: For guests staying a week or more, especially those travelling for work, optional paid services such as laundry, ironing and home cooking would be very helpful. Overall, this is a comfortable property with good amenities and a lot of potential, but they need professional quality management, cleanliness and security to improve the experience. I would rate it 7 out of 10.

It was an elite facility beyond expectations. Big rooms, high standard amenities. The living and drawing rooms were also quite spacious. It was a comfortable experience. The supporting staffs were also vey helping.
