Spacious property in a centrally located area with amenities close by. Decent WIFI and tea/coffee with filtered water provided in the kitchen.
Slightly onerous check in procedure and some random visits from the management company made the early part of the stay a bit random.

Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The apartment is located in a nice area with easy access to nearby places. We arrived early and requested early check-in, and the team was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is luxurious and very clean. Mr. Ajay is a wonderful host who ensured everything was perfectly arranged for us. His friendly nature made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

The property is well kept and maintained well with good standard fixtures and amenities and in a good location. However, it’s a 3BHK and we were given one bedroom while confirming that there may be people joining in the other two bedrooms anytime and share the hall and kitchen with us within the same 3BHK apartment which was odd as it was not clearly mentioned earlier.
The marketing lady NIHARIKA didn’t confirm our reservation despite full payment and then confirmed that we have to share the apartment with strangers who will stay in the same apartment. The caretaker Ram Yadav was well mannered and assisted us for everything. Niharika can learn to be professional and on communications from the caretaker, for sure.
