Soggiorno a 10 minuti da Metro SAN PAOLO

Bardzo fajny apartament, wygodne łóżka, dostępne udogodnienia. Restauracje oraz sklepy dookoła. Przestronny taras. Dobrze skomunikowany dojazd do centrum. Miły gospodarz i łatwe uzyskanie kluczy do apartamentu.

Ulice dookoła apartamentu były dosyć brudne, a sama lokalizacja była oddalona od centrum. (Niezależne od gospodarza) Była budowa w sąsiadującym bloku, co znacznie utrudniało wypoczynek, jednak to nie wina gospodarza.

El apartamento es fantástico, muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para hospedarse: electrodomésticos, espacios limpios, buenas vías de acceso para el transporte público, y un barrio muy tranquilo. La decoración y estilo del lugar te hacen sentir que estás en un lugar muy acogedor. La cama es grande y cómoda, la distribución del lugar es genial. El host estuvo pendiente por el chat de booking y contestó todas nuestras preguntas. Las indicaciones para ingresar al apartamento son muy claras.

Dos pequeños detalles para tener en cuenta, que no afectaron considerablemente nuestra estadía y solucionamos muy fácil: Si bien los utensilios de la cocina son completos y están a disposición, no todos estaban limpios, algo que solucionamos lavándolos antes de usarlos. Y, para que la llave de la ducha quede bien cerrada (sin gotear) hay que hacerle fuerza.

Self check in with very specific and clear instructions. Communication is done through WhatsApp and the owner is very responsive, Lovely cute Appartment, very clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and terrace with lovely use if the sun (when it's not cloudy). Basic kitchen needs covered and there is also a fridge. The espresso coffee machine was a lovely touch! Best part was the bed, so comfortable high quality mattress and pillows. Restaurants and food store just couple of minutes away. In general the Appartment is located at a very good spot where most important sights are within reach in max half an hour or less (after you get to the metro).

Although overall experience was very good, here are some well intended feedback so the place can be even better. 1. Heating is set to max 21c which still feels cold. The A/Cs made up for that. A couple of degrees higher would bettter do the job in my opinion and the ACs won't be needed for heating at all. 2. Tv in the secondary room, but not in the main room. 3. Pls Account for number of stays that the place is rented for. One roll of toilet paper and one towel for showering, are hardly enough for two people for a 5-6 day stay. 4. The name of the Appartment is little bit misleading. It is not 5 minutes away from the Metro station. That's about a 20 minute walk. There is however a bus station near by but you would still not get to the metro in 5 minutes. 5. If you are traveling with many luggage, get off at trastevare station and get an Uber from there. The Hussle would be to much when traveling loaded and the cost is only 10 euros from the station to the Appartment. All the above are mentioned with good intentions and did not have any major impact on our overall experience.

It was a lot near the restaurant, supermarket Conad and cafe too.

The rusty shower and the problem with the toilet flushing the water splashing from above. You need to re-decorate the new bathroom and washing machine too.
