Good location.
Confusing access to the room via a lock-box. Didn't receive the instructions and the PIN message until after I had begun my travel and was confused as to how to access this. This should have been sent earlier.

- good location: in front of Luneta Park, and walking distance (20-30mins) to Intramuros, Ocean Park, many fast food and convenience stores around the area
- beautiful view: sunset view from the room balcony
- available for use: plates, cups, forks, spoons, rice cooker, microwave
- internet connection was good even with 9 people
- using the lock box and key card can be challenging for those who are not familiar with how to use them
- swimming pool cannot be used by guests during public holidays and specific days of the week (exclusive for residents during this time)
