De locatie (op loopafstand van het grote duin), de grote patio, de ommuurde parkeerplaats (met wel een vrij krappe ingang), en, niet in de laatste plaats, de hartelijke en niet opdringerige ontvangst door Omar, de uitbater. Het is eigenlijk/van oorsprong een verblijf voor bedoeinen. Van buiten lijkt het verblijf een beetje op een lemen vesting, van binnen is het heel kleurrijk. Geen deurbel of telefoonnummer bij de ingang, maar Omar deed meteen open toen we klopten (hij wist door onze boeking een dag eerder dat we zouden komen).
Wifi valt soms even weg, maar dat is waarschijnlijk de schuld van Elon Musk of andere satellieteigenaars, niet van het verblijf.
