Quiet, central 2bd Apt, Kolonaki

Very spacious, in an excellent location with lots of great restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this large 2-bedroom apartment in Kolonaki. The location is excellent — very close to elegant restaurants and cafés, yet still comfortable and quiet. The apartment is spacious, especially the living room and kitchen area, and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very convenient for our stay. The host was extremely thoughtful and welcoming. There was coffee, milk, and cookies waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom amenities were also impressive — honestly at a 5-star hotel level.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the bedroom windows were not really suitable for opening and airing out the rooms. But overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The apartment is lovely and spacious and the managers extremely gracious and caring. There is a niicely furnished living / dining room with wonderful leather chairs. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with decent closet space.

Superb location. ALL was as advertised, including “quiet and central”. Quality of materials, including the furniture. Bathrooms were well-equipped (good equipment, good water pressure, shampoo, soap, extra toilet paper, tooth brush/paste, hair dryer etc.), and so was the kitchen (coffee pods for nespresso machine, tea variety, a few small cookies, etc.). Nice living room and dining room, nice balcony. Good heat for January.

Bathrooms were OK, but small (especially the one along the hallway). Both bathrooms doors and a couple of the other doors creaked (oil!) and they also only closed with disproportionately loud sound (can soften, please?)
