The Nine Beach Resort

Cute wooden detached huts surrounding a nice pool. 2 minute walk to the fantastic Patnem beach. Very helpful, kind staff.

Shower wasn’t great.

It was a really nice and enjoyable stay. We stayed for seven nights and felt completely at home. This small house has everything you need — a comfortable bed, air conditioning, towels (including ones for the pool), hot water with good pressure, and very friendly, helpful staff. Some people mentioned that it’s noisy because of the tuk-tuk station outside the resort, but actually, it’s great to have them so close — you can get a tuk-tuk whenever you need one. The place is about a three-minute walk from Patnem Beach, and on the main street, you can find everything you need. Definitely would like to come back.

There is nothing I can complain about.

The best thing about this place is its nearness to the beach, which had plenty of restaurants with a variety of menus. The hotel was modest with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly.

The hotel infrastructure was much smaller than what it seemed from the photographs. Breakfast, which was included in the room cost, contained only egg and bread with not even one typical Indian breakfast item. Hot water was lasting only a minute and needed to wait for a minute or so to get another burst of hot water making it impractical to have hot water shower bath.

The location was good and the accommodation was modern, comfortable and clean. The smart TV was an added bonus.

I didn't like the bedding and the swimming pool could have been cleaner with the pump running more regularly.
