Spacious, clean and up to date. Kitchen is massive, and all of the rooms are a good size. It was also nice to see a good variety of beach toys, boogie boards, extra chairs etc in the outside closet if needed.
I would recommend a rug in the living room area and possibly replace the refrigerator since the freezer door is kinda hard to open and close.

It worked very well for us. The three king beds, and the room with the bunks for the kids were perfect! It was just across the street from the ocean access!
Two of the bar stools were trashed outside, the grill was damaged beyond repair. The good news was that I made a phone call and those issues were resolved for us right away!
